Interviewing was a smooth and seamless process. They communicated with me every step of the way, which helped me prepare for each interview. There was a recorded video interview, a phone call interview, and two Zoom interviews.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for American Heart Association?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association in May 2022
Interview
The interview process was very concise and moved quickly. First interview was with a Senior VP and then the second interview was with the Senior VP and a VP. The second interview was two hours and there were quite a bit of scenario and experience questions.
Due to scheduling, I did not talk to the recruiter until the end of the process, but everyone was very willing to answer questions during the process and responses to emails about scheduling were very prompt. After the job offer, all items have also gone well and very easy to complete and ask any final questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at American Heart Association in Jun 2021
Interview
I had a total of 3 interviews. The first was just me answering prerecorded questions. I was given an opportunity to practice recording my answers and playing them back to myself before progressing on the the actual responses that would be sent to the recruiter. There was a time limit for each answer and I had about 30 seconds from the time I was given the questions until I needed to start my response. The other two interviews were over zoom. The first with my supervisor and the 2nd with my supervisor and her supervisor. Those were both more laid back and I felt at ease speaking with them.
