I was interviewed by a recruiter over the phone and then invited to an in person interview a week later with the hiring manager. I thought it went well; questions were not too difficult at all but their are several stages in the interview process. I wasn't called back after the first in person interview despite having all the qualifications and it seeemingly going well. I would be curious to know what they're looking for.

The process was very well thought out. The communication was very clear and I appreciated the time with everyone. It is a small office and I spoke with the HR Director and the Development Director.

Interview
While the interview process was more extensive than most, their intention is good and it was nice to feel like they also cared if the job was right for me, not just if I was right for them. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire process and the organization!
