I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association
Interview
After applying I received a call from an HR recruiter...after a typical call with many generic interview screening questions I didn't have to wait long to meet with the Heart Walk leadership. This is where I really learned more about the job I applied for. The screening interview didn't provide me the clearest picture of the position but the in-person interview helped paint a clear picture of the role, responsibility and culture. Luckily I was called back in a week later for another call/in-person and before I was able to get back home I had received by first offer. 6 weeks in so far so good...come ready to hustle and sale. Thankfully for me I was able to get to work ASAP.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Heart Association in Feb 2019
Interview
They were very straight forward about the job details and what was expected of you. I had 4 in person interviews and 3 over the phone. They gave you a timeline and stuck to it. If you were expected to hear from them Friday by noon, you heard from them Friday by noon.
