I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Heart Association (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
I received an email shortly after applying and got the interview scheduled fairly quickly. Nice and easy communication with the HR representative. Once I got to the office, I was led to a tiny room in a corner where there was only one small coffee table with 2 chairs. One of the Senior Directors interviewed me and made sure to build rapport with me, as he told me about his college years and his first internship, etc. It was nice to hear those stories and he made me feel comfortable. The interview wasn't too long or too short and he allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to at the end of the interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Heart Association (Palm Beach, FL) in Feb 2018
Interview
Three different interviews, one with HR, one on the computer on a webcam, final with individuals. While I liked their extensive interview process, once I got in person, I was met with the rudest people ever. By the time I left, I was so over the interview, I knew I would never accept a position from them. The feeling was probably mutual since I did not get an offer, but it made me never want to work for this company which is not a good way to do business.
