The process took 3 months, it was a long process, but with bigger companies it isn't going to be fast. I applied, received an emailed invitation to take a pre-employment test, then received an email letting me know that I was successful on the test, and then called in to interview. I was then called back for a 2nd interview about 2 weeks later, then almost 3 weeks later I received an offer.
