I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (North Bay, ON) in Sep 2011
Interview
Group interview, very casual. Open setting with easy questions. Don't be afraid! As long as you know a bit about the company you will be fine. For example, I was asked what year the company was founded - 1977! Other than that, it's fairly easy considering they usually interview in large groups and not everyone gets to say much. My advice is to speak up! Make sure you are heard.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
