I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters
Interview
First step is a phone interview that last a couple of minutes asking what experience you have, what is good customer service, why are you suited for the role etc
If you get selected you go for a group interview about 10 people in a room. You introduce yourself to everyone and you have to say a random fact about yourself. You get asked quite general questions, what are your hobbies, what experience do you have etc. Only last about 20 minutes and then you are sent on your way, if you are successful they call you out by saying 'something is wrong with your application' just as the rest of the group is leaving.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
