I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Madison, WI) in Mar 2011
Interview
Very standard for a retail position. The first questions were about trying to gauge personality and ability to hold a conversation. Because this was a high school job, there weren't many questions regarding past experience, etc. The interviewer and I sat on a couch in the back of the store which made it really relaxing and personal.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
