Very casual. Three managers talked to me. The looked at my resume and asked questions. It was more like a conversation about myself and availability. I interviewed at another American Eagle a year later and it was much the same except just one manager interviewed me. It was in the food court at the mall so very casual. Didn't take more than 15 min.

-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy

It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
