One-on-one interviews with store manager or whomever is the talent manager of the store
Eye contact is essential
Before handing an in-store application to you, they will ask why you want to work for American Eagle and what is your favorite jeans, etc.
If you are going to answer with I just need a job you wont qualify
You should research before you interview anyways
They just asked me to talk about my past experience and about myself and my hobbies. They also asked why I wanted to work there and what my favorite trends were.

Tell us about your favorite trends right now and explain why.
It was a very easy and laid back interview; I talked about myself and my availability when I was in High School. I also asked questions about the company culture and their benefits.

Did the interview right in front of the store, but it was chill, the lady was nice. She started with basic questions, then went to scenarios. After it was just over and she said she'd give a call.
