They prefer if you ask for an application in store, so I filled it out and returned it that day. They asked me a couple questions on the spot and then set up a time for my interview. They typically do group interviews at the start. Then sometimes may get asked for a personal interview as well.

They just asked me to talk about my past experience and about myself and my hobbies. They also asked why I wanted to work there and what my favorite trends were.

It was a very easy and laid back interview; I talked about myself and my availability when I was in High School. I also asked questions about the company culture and their benefits.

Did the interview right in front of the store, but it was chill, the lady was nice. She started with basic questions, then went to scenarios. After it was just over and she said she'd give a call.
