I met HR Rep. Loved me. I met with design team. Liked me. Was charged with designing a full collection. I did. I came back and presented. Never heard from them again. I assume I didn't get the job. HR Rep stopped returning my emails.

Had three different interviews with designer senior designer and VP. And a project presentation assigned for this interview. First one is phone call from HR, second one is with designer and SR designer. And last one is with VP.

Interview
Overall, standard interview process. I had to complete a project and present it to numerous people on the team. After meeting the VP of the entire brand and showing her my project. I got a request to completely re-do my project and then represent it to the team again. After getting a call from the hiring manager a few days later, I didn't get the job offer. It was a complete waste of time and a HUGE slap in the face after doing all this work for FREE.
