I had a phone interview with HR and then a zoom interview with the hiring manager. The process was straight forward and communication with HR about next steps was good.

I met with the HR representative for an initial screening. Although the position was not a good fit for me, the HR representative extended thoughtful follow-up. In today's job-search culture, it's rare to receive positive information and optimism in a rejection letter. Her dedication to making candidates feel valued was appreciated.
