My first interview was with the Director of Benefits then with the VP of Total Rewards; no additional interviews after that. I didn't meet any of the team members until I was hired.

Formally interview with Director and VP. Since I had been with the company for 22 years. I was known and abilities noted. This job was one of the hardest positions outside of supply chain. People did not last long and we wanted someone that could handle the difficulties and resolve problems alone. I had created some databases for cost and worked on the production systems.
