They made it really fun. They had flash cards which you randomly picked an item and sell it, and that was the group panel with other candidates. Then you go for a 1on 1 interview. It was 1 of the best interview processes I’ve ever had experienced.

An interview, an overview, and a few interactive group activities. Watched employees who have employed for 3 months tell interviewees 'people come here to retire', 'no one leaves this company'. I see extremely high turnover with this inside sales job, like any other sales job in Mortgages.
