Barely an interview - recruiter calls and asks what you basic questions (literally background) and offers you whatever they have available. And might change what you thought you applied for. Very disorganized but the recruiters are nice.
1. First call with the recruiter (talks about the position itself, the company, training, pay and growth opportunities)
2. Last call with the person in charge (talks about the position in more detail and gets to know you )

Interview
Simply you will be interviewed by an initial HR person from the Atlanta office, and if chosen, move forward to an interview with two loan analyst managers, it is very laid back and they were very easy to get along with.
