Call on application, interview with the department you are interested in working at, mostly behavioral on how to resolve certain conflicts and situations within the workplace. It was fairly simple and you can get a callback as soon as week after.

How do you contribute to the standards in [such department]?
About 3 rounds. Lots of questions about finance but not many technical questions. They ultimately wanted to make sure it was a good culture fit. Met with the team and lots of HR people.
The process from start to finish was clear and well thought out. No wasted time or steps and decisions makers provided feedback and updates in a timely manner. Would recommend other companies revisit this process.
