Interview
The Interview process was pretty standard. Review of Basic Finance and Accounting concepts over video conference. Expect to articulate your current understanding of the company's different divisions and processes. A general knowledge of the loan underwriting process would be recommended.
Phone call first round, Then superday was 3 in person interviews, 45 mins each, then Lunch with all the candidates after. Simple accounting interview questions and behavioral. overall an easy process and everyone was nice.
It was a straight forward and standard interview process with questions relating to what you could find in the IB 400. The second part is a super day with 2-3 seniors interviewing you.
