Conducted via Teams, no technical questions. All behavioral. Interview was conducted by a junior VP. Overall, the experience was not difficult. Only experienced one round of interviews after an HR screen and heard back about a month later.
The interview consisted of behavioral questions only. It was only a one round 30 minute interview after an initial 15-minute screening call. Interviewer ended up being the head of interns which was really nice since he was a great person.
