I sent my CV online and after a while received an invite to a final stage face to face interview in Knutsford. The interview was pretty standard with one member of HR and two technical managers. The whole process wasn't very well organised. I wasn't given sufficient information about the interview and found myself repeatedly contacting HR to ask for more details. Nothing was said about expenses but I finally got them sorted after the interview. I was also promised feedback within 1 week but 3 months later I have yet to receive it and I have had all my emails ignored. If you email the general graduate address delivery fails because the recipients mailbox is full. So unfortunately, although the company may be desirable, the treatment of graduates during recruitment is not.
