I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amdocs (Pune) in Jan 2016
Interview
They have Online Aspiring Mind test for all the candidates no matter whether you are experienced or fresher. There were 5 sections ;
1) Quantitative Aptitude: 16 Questions 16 mins
2) Reasoning: 14 Questions 14 mins
3) English Grammar and Passage: 18 Questions 15 mins
4) C Automata: 2 Coding question 45 mins
5) C , SQL and Linux: 30 Questions 30 mins
Test was not that easy. One should prepare all basics in C, SQL and Linux. Focus on Strings, Array, "SELECT" query, grep and find command.
After written test, result will be announced and you will be called for further F2F interview process. Interview was easy but i was not happy with the question; Questions were asked as if they are interviewing fresher. I was hoping some conceptual questions but they did not ask anything. They will look for your programming skills, syntax error and all. One would not be a bad programmer if he / she is not able to code over there on paper. Try to convince interviewee for pseudo code or flow diagrams. Do not loose confidence if you are not able to write on paper; try to explain him your concept and logic.
After that you will be asked to leave for the day and they will get back to you on other day. i have been waiting for 10 days now and loosing the hope day by day.

Interview
I'm a C++ Developer and my profile specifies that.
When I was call for the first interview, I though it was for a C++ position. I was very surprised when most of the questions were about Java and not C++.
Fortunately I know about Java and I could continue the interview, but definitely my strong is not Java... I'm a C++ specialist.
I received an offer at the end.
