Interview
Initial HR telephone screening, 1:1 interview and written test with department manager. There was a lot of emphasis on my suitability as a team player, and fast learning curve. Also, my readiness to travel abroad frequently was important. I was surprised that the department manager also conducted the negotiation of salary and employment terms.

Interview
I attended an short personal interview + writing test with the person who would be my direct manager, then I went through psychotechnical testing by a 3rd party vendor, then an additional personal interview with my project manager's supervisor. Please note that this occurred before 2012 but I cannot select a year before 2012.
