3 rounds, on time, little process to show skills. HR is a call away from any issues. Rounds go through hierarchy. Need to pass every round . Have to work on a part of work ongoing, to explain your experience
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Amber Interiors (Calabasas, CA) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process was disorganized and unnecessarily drawn out. Three rounds of interviews (over the course of four months), including a take-home assignment, just to ultimately be told I lacked experience. During my final interview, I asked the team's thoughts on my submitted assignment and was given no feedback other than being told, "it looked good." After receiving the news that I didn't get the job due to a lack of experience, I asked the team members who had interviewed me what I could work on to gain more experience. Unfortunately, I was met with no response from the team after I invested hours into interviewing and completing this take-home assignment. By the second interview (at the latest), an interviewer should be able to establish whether or not a candidate has enough experience to qualify for a role. If not, then the interviewers are not asking the right questions. This interview process was unprofessional and disappointing.

Question 1
One question I was asked was, "What was the largest home you've worked on?"
