There are three rounds of interviews. The first two are phone call interviews to evaluate your functional and technical skills for the job. The final round is the Loop, which evaluates the culture fit. The Loop consists of 3-5 rounds, depending on your career level. These rounds of interviews are based on principles. The Loop was the most challenging interview to delicately articulate experiences. But once you are prepared for the Loop, you can do a good job at other companies job interviews as well.
