was alright, really know how to use the leadership principles and how to navigate the interview by leading the interview. I was tested on prioritization as well as whether I can work well within a team and ensure the project stays on track.

Two screening phone interviews followed by a loop with five interviews in one day. Found it to be very efficient. The loop day was long but I preferred that to interviews spread out over several days.

Typical Amazon blend of leadership principles and technical questions. Panel interview. Short and relatively awkward if you’re not used to the questions. Lots of digging deeper on the stories. Need to prepare the stories in detail in advance.
