I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services
Interview
I was a contractor, so my experience may be slightly different. I had a brief call with a recruiter for a general overview. My second call took place with one of the managers which lasted about 30 minutes. They asked me about my experience and then some theoretical questions. My final interview was with a member of the team that I would be working with. They wanted to get to know my personality better and to see if I would mesh well with everybody. Everyone was super nice. Then entire process took about two weeks.
