Painless and quick process. AWS interviewers and HR reps were extremely efficient and transparent and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Questions were relevant to the role, definitely a bit technical but nothing crazy.

Format is STAR method. In the interview day, all questions asked were based on the Amazon leadership principles. Have multiple examples ready to go that apply to each and every one of the principles proving how you implement and live them.

Three interviews, with the first asking only technical questions, and the other two were behavioral. 45 minutes per interview with a break in between the second one and the third. The interviewers were very nice and helped me get the best answers from me.
