The HR interviewer was very good and spend more than 30 mins in an engaging conversation. He said he will arrange second level interview and next day I received rejection e-mail :-(

This interview was great—not too difficult. The questions were fair and insightful, making the conversation flow naturally. The atmosphere was comfortable, focusing on my strengths and experiences. The interviewer was also cool and asked interesting questions.

Disgusted … They called me, I wasn’t looking. They interviewed me (informally). They asked me to take part in their marathon interview process and to write an essay, like I was in high school. I did this degrading step and was told I’d be meeting with 5 people, even got their names. Did all my due diligence and prepared thoroughly. I received a vague email one day before I took the day off to go through their marathon interview process. The email basically said “sorry we couldn’t get the meetings scheduled, what is your availability a month from now? We’ll be back in touch.” It’s been 2 months and I’ve gotten nothing back. Remember, you get what you pay for … Keep treating people like this and see what happens to your company.
