They should give feedback, so you know where to improve, if not selected. They seem less interested in your skills, more interested in fitting in to a specific culture. .

Question 1
4 hours worth, most not job related. Mostly culture type question
Rigorous interview process sometimes spanning five or six rounds. Interviewers use STAR questioning and take lots of notes. Bar raisers contribute also to ensure high quality hiring processes and objective evidence-based hiring recommendations.
After a preliminary screen with recruiter (covering intro, role and salary requirements), then met with the hiring manager (further dive in to position requirements and competencies), then went through a panel with multiple interviewers (called the loop). The loop is a behavioral based interview.

Tell me about a time when you had significant, unanticipated obstacles to overcome in achieving a key goal. Knowing what you know now, is there anything you would have done differently?
Describe a time when you didn't think you were going to meet a commitment you promised. How did you identify the risk and communicate it to stakeholders? Is there anything you would do differently?
