Lengthy, definitely tests your knowledge. It is a very effective process. Be aware of STAR interviewing. Also have 2-3 examples that demonstrate you meet their core principles. It will simplify the process.

I was asked to give an example of a system I had implemented in the past. I chose to simply whiteboard it to demonstrate the concepts. Other candidates prepared PowerPoints, pdfs and handouts.

Technical questions are expected, but be prepared as the process has changed, and now they ask about Nvidia arch, and INtel arm based arch too which was not expected as per their previous records but yes now they include it.
