The hiring process is very smooth and fast. The recruiters is very professional and her explanation is very accurate. Experienced great interview with experienced hiring manager. Overall, the hiring process is very great for every professional workers especially for everyone who interested in data center operations.
I completed a 3-hour interview loop consisting of three back-to-back sessions with different interviewers. Each round focused on a mix of technical depth and behavioural questions. The interviewers were professional, structured, and created a comfortable environment. Technical discussions went deep into my hands-on experience, problem-solving, and real-world scenarios. Behavioural questions followed the STAR format and assessed ownership, teamwork, and how I handle challenging situations. Overall, it was a rigorous but positive experience that tested both technical competence and leadership qualities.

Did 2 rounds of interview include the super lengthy 2nd round. The first interview is technical focused and 2nd interview is very heavily towards the AWS principles. The 2nd round took 2 days to complete and the some of the situational questions are challenging depends on your actual experience.
