Questions might seem general but the answers expected were detail-oriented.

Question 1
1) Any specific project where you went the extra mile for the customer's order/request. Describe in detail.
2) Any instance in past work experience where you missed the deadline, how did you cope up?
3) Any instance in past work experience where you took the decision without the manager's approval?
There are typically two levels in the interview process, and randomly assigned interviewers usually conduct both. This ensures a fair and unbiased evaluation, as the interviewers may vary depending on availability and team requirements.
