Interview
First you apply online as a flex driver. Then you wait for an email. The email will contain 2 days to choose from that you need to join a webinar. Do not choose another time as you will wait a month or more to get rescheduled.
After you watch the webinar you will download the amazon flex app for you phone. There you will submit your information for a backround check, motor vehicle check and a driver's license check.
You will wait a couple days for that to be processed and then you are automatically hired.
The process was easy even though you may be put on a wait list for a certain amount of time. It's easy to get into though. Just about anyone can get in if you have a license.

Interview
Online questionnaire that asks a wide variety of questions ranging from personal to handling scenarios, asking what the appropriate response would be in different cases. Aside from that there was no other interview.
No detailed information. Was told that I would get the hang of the job as long as I am picking up multiple orders or working daily. Alao informed that Amazon can not determine which area of the city I will be delivering to.
