Interview
I interviewed with the manager and the senior engineers on the team, mainly going over the resume and asking some day to day duties on the job. Nothing too crazy
Straight forward. Call with Recruiter, Sales Manager, Sales VP, and then President. All behavioral and then questions on knowledge of industry. They ask about past experiences and how those translate over to this current role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amax (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2023
Interview
within 2 weeks got a phone call interview. Followed up on next week for a onste group interview. No hard, just explain what did you do during the last job and asked couple easy tech questions. Got an offer during the 4th week. Too low, not accepted.
