I did have an hour loing virtual interview and then didn't hear back for a month. claimed they reached out but never did. Moved on to another oppurtunity by the time they reached out for an in peron interview
I appreciate how straight forward and respectful they were in the interview. I was asked many times what I was comfortable with and given the option of getting more training.

Easy interview a mix of standard interview questions, behavioral questions, and scenario-based questions, Do you have a current driver's license and reliable transportation?" Interviewers commonly ask about how you handle difficult clients or situations, such as when a client is unsatisfied or refuses care (eating, bathing, medication). They may also inquire about your approach to medical emergencies when alone, how you resolve conflict with managers or clients, your communication style with clients and families, strategies for managing caregiving stress, and how you maintain patient confidentiality.
