Altria Entry-Level Account Manager interview questions

Phone interview lasted about 10 minutes. Not many questions asked. Interviewed with two people simultaneously next. ALOT of textbook questions asked. Some of the harder ones: "Name a situation in which a professional criticized you" "name a situation in which a peer criticized you" "describe a time you showed a lot of integrity." Very few, if any, related to the job description at all. Be well prepared for this one. Still have not had a harder interview. Surprising, considering the job I interviewed for was the easiest job I have interviewed for since graduating.
