So i got a mail by recruiter for an interview i went there process took one full day multiple rounds has being taken finally the HR came and told me that i am shortlisted after that never heard back from them.

what is underwriting? what tools we use in mortgage underwriting?
Interview was not effective. Vague process and no clear idea of the job role (ie underwriting role) Interview was not effective. Please tell the reason for not selecting for the position.

Interview
Had 4 rounds. Aptitude, business essay, hr and managing director. wasn't really tough i would say. But hr round was pretty crucial cause most of them got rejected in it.
