Received email to schedule initial phone interview after completion they scheduled immediately to met with Department supervisor. I was able to schedule the innoerson interview immediately. At said interview 2 department supervisors were present (one being a former employee of that specific position who had moved up to supervisor). They answered all questions and give a great picture of the job from both sides of the equation.

HR called me for a position I did not apply for, but felt it would be a "great fit" for me. Phone interview was first, took about an hour. A week later I came in and interviewed with the Department Manager, another Manager from another department, and the HR rep.
