Alsana interview questions

I first met with leadership which was a virtual meeting. It was very casual and getting to know each other. Discussed experience and Clinical background. We also discussed what I felt I could bring to the team. Discussed current company culture.

I had a call with their recruiter first. After speaking with her and answering a few basic questions about myself and work history, she scheduled a zoom call with the nurse manager and director.
