the interview was pretty straight forward, asked about my experience and some projects i've worked on. asked about tools, PPE, and safety equipment i own.
the real issue came when the field superintendent asked illegal questions in the interview: ie. age, family and marital status.
another issue was both during the interview and during orientation he said as a COR certified company he only expects employees to be able to lift 80lbs, however i learned that this in not in fact true and they will expect you to lift significantly more.
