Question 1
Why AlphaSense? What do you know about the product? What experiences would be relevant to the role, and where do you foresee a learning curve? What's your work style like? What was the most challenging aspect of your previous role/experience, and how did you overcome it? Can you handle a quota carrying role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSense (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
Very smooth interview process. I was contacted and progressed quickly through each stage whilst being given ample time to prepare. Very kind staff and seems like they genuinely want to help.
Expect questions like “Why sales?” and “Why AlphaSense?”, along with a high-level discussion of your experience and communication skills. Overall, it wasn't too difficult as the interview with the hiring manager was pretty conversational.
