I was contacted for an initial phone screening and was asked to provide my availability through a scheduling link. However, after submitting my availability, I received no further communication, even after following up twice.
It's disheartening to dedicate time and effort preparing for a potential interview, only to be met with silence and no explanation. I’m unsure why I was invited to the initial phone screen if there was no intention to follow through. Clear communication, even if it's to inform candidates of changes, goes a long way in creating a positive experience.

Interview
1st round interview with hiring manager, 2nd round with team member, 3rd round with CRO, 4th round presentation on case study with interview afterwards. I aced all rounds as per feeedback but was not offered a job. Whole process was smooth but felt disingenious once they got to know my experience and salary expectations. They implied they want to work their csm to the bone and lowball them.
