Direct Response Agent At Home Interview

      Mar 10, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Norfolk, VA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alorica (Norfolk, VA) in Jan 2016

      Interview

First you must test your computer via a link they send you to make sure it meets the speed test. Your computer needs to be hardwired, wifi is not permitted. You also need a landline as you will receive calls thru your own home phone, not the computer. The interview is all online, basically a series of repetitive personality questions. Following that, you will be asked to call in to an automated phone system where you record your answers to 5 questions so they can evaluate the way you speak. If they like what they hear & you have passed the evaluations, you will be asked to submit payment for the background check ($35'ish can't remember for sure). They will send you an I9 form that will need to be notarized & you will scan & email that along with 2 forms of identity to the HR dept. The overall process can take a long time but once the fee is submitted & the background report comes back clean you will be eligible to log in for training. NOTE: this interview for an AT HOME POSITION is all online, I never once spoke to a real human being, but below this form is making me list a specific location - this is just a technicality.
