Posted resume online someone called asked me questions about customer service exp. and if I knew how to use computer and type. The explained about training and how long and had a choice of training times. Informed me of having to upsale and that after 3 months of working with them that I would then be hired by company and what their benefits were and salary. Also told of information on where and when to get drug tested for the position.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
