The interview process was quick and efficient, it started with a phone screening with a recruiter, who asked general questions about my background and interest in the role. I then had a final interview, where we discussed my customer service experience and problem-solving skills. Overall, it was a positive experience. The interviewer was newbie-friendly and made me feel at ease.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
