I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Fort Myers, FL) in Sep 2015
Interview
I went in for my interview. It was 8 of us waiting to be interviewed. They made us take a computer test first. The ones who wasn't gonna be hired they took in one by one. Well the five remaining including myself, where the one's who they was giving the job to. They made us fill out our schedule, then we had to finish up some of the hiring process from there computer. Then we did the rest at home from an email they sent out. The next following day I received a phone call stating that something's came up on my background and unfortunately they couldn't give me the job. My thing is that why would you make a person feel like they been hired then tell them, that don't have the job. They hiring process is backwards. They should of ran the backgrounds first.

Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
