I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica in Aug 2019
Interview
Many people apply so it's a long wait but there are simple questions they ask to see if you have the basic knowledge. For Acer, they ask me basic questions about computers and a typing test, and a test call practice and I got hired.
