Hiring process was very easy..filled out an application online got an email for the job fair a week ..went in took the test online had an interview after then scheduled an interview for the next day...the interview was very easy...simple scenario questions then I was given a training schedule an had to go take a drug test

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.

The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
