Filled out an app online, and got a call to set up an interview before I had even completed the application. Came in and took a skills test on the computer, which was just general questions about computer use and how you would react to certain situations with customers. Then I did a group interview with the recruiting manager to determine which campaign I would be a good fit for. Then I had a one on one interview with the recruiting manager that just included going over my work experience, determining when I could start if hired and any accommodations I might need. At this point, you will typically be sent home and schedule a later interview with one of the Team Managers from your campaign, but because I had come from out of town, they did all three interviews in one day for me. Since the TM for my campaign was not there, they had someone from another campaign do my final interview and tour. He didn't really know what questions would be relevant for my job, so he literally read every question off the interview sheet and was satisfied with any answer I gave. The questions were generic interview questions for a tech support job, like do you know what kind of internet service/computer you have, describe how you would help an unsatisfied customer, etc. Overall, a long day, but fairly easy interviews. Office staff was nice and accommodating. I was basically guaranteed employment that day, but didn't sign any paperwork.
