Interview
You will go through the application online at home or you may use the company's computer as well. During your first visit you will take a typing test one will be 3 mins and the other one is a min. Than if they are impressed with your application that will take you to the back and have you complete a online information data base about yourself that you will than fill out a I-9. Than you will be asked to come back for a second interview will you will complete the next steps of the progress. Than you will be giving a welcome packet that will answers a lot of your questions about the jobs the company in itself and so much more. It also goes over the benefits and direct deposit.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
